Well, today marks John & my's (is that the proper way to say that??) 8th
Anniversary!! WOW! Where has the time gone!! Happy Anniversary, Dear Hubby!
I was unable to come up with any idea of what to get him this year, so he received a bouquet of 6 cookies with sort of the same theme as these (made with all red hearts and minus the computer ones since they were out of those ...and with an additional one that said "Happy 8th Anniversary" ) a couple hours ago at work...
I thought the computer theme was so cute since he works with computer software. I had NO idea they needed a days notice to make these up! On the web site it says Same Day Delivery available....didn't notice it was on limited designs. I snuck my little Sony digital camera in his laptop case this morning, so if he does like I asked, I should have a picture of the actual bouquet to share tomorrow.
Tonight brings dinner with the 4 of us, maybe a trip to order all our stuff from Lowe's and then back home for us all to watch a movie ....ah the joys of little ones So romantic, huh
Looks like I will be putting off the painting of the bathrooms a little longer. Even if we do make it to Lowe's today to pick up the paint, John is now going to the college basketball game tomorrow night with a friend from church (same one that Drew and John went with before). Our local state university is ranked near the top for the college NIT tournament, and is hosting their first game here at home. Which means another night for just me and the 2 little guys.
That's about it from here....I think I might actually go read some of my MANY magazines I have piling up here while the 2 guys are sleeping. I leave you with one last picture from 8 years ago today...
