We have our tile!

We have our tile now!!! Not installed yet, but it is purchased and sitting out in the garage in our van as I type this. YEAH!! (Sure do like the stow-away sets in our new mini van....I have a feeling they will be used quite a bit in the coming weeks ) The plan is for the guys to come start installing it and the wood (provided it comes in this time like they say - suppose to be in this coming week) next weekend. We were suppose to go to Lowe's today and purchase all the other items for this remodeling this afternoon ( kitchen countertop & sink, rest of the paint, screen doors, shower door, etc.) ...BUT John ended up having another BAD migrain (he had one Thursday too) that landed him in bed for the day Friday. Which ment he had to go in to the office and work today since they have some new employees starting on Monday that he needed to finish getting stuff set up for. Plus he needed to get the servers upgraded and fix the issues with the crazy early Daylight Savings Time thing. Now their servers are older and they have new ones he needs to get switched to, but he is always so swamped he never gets to it. Well, that got him a bit today....one of the servers didn't come back up after he rebooted it. SO...he is still at the office as I type this, trying to get stuff all back up and working. Poor guy! This all means that all the work that I had planned for today (getting the stuff bought, start painting the bathrooms, etc) didn't happen today since I had the boys myself all day. Guess that means it will be a BUSY week in the evenings this coming week to try and get them done before they start working on the floors! The best laid plans..... Maybe I can get started on the bathrooms tomorrow between morning and evening church.

Drew's head looks like it is healing really well. We shall see how it turns out when we go in Monday to have the staples removed. Poor kid is already getting nervous about that. I tried to explain to him that mommy has had staples 3 times (had my spleen removed in high school and then the 2 c-sections) and that it really doesn't hurt when they take them out. Tomorrow for Drew brings having to sit in the cry room at church with mommy and Zach during the AM service since he got kick out last week. They didn't say he had to stay out...but I said I thought it might be good to make him stop and think about what he did. (Fun day at church for Mommy tomorrow! )

Zach did a little better with his eating foods today. At least I only had to refeed the same spoolful only about half the time. So maybe his tongue reflex to push the food back out is finally going way. He continues to work on trying to get up on his knees....so far has done it only for a couple seconds at a time. He flipped himself from his tummy to his back in his crib 2 times today...still won't do it any other time though. Oh goodness do I have another hardheaded one!!!???!!

Ok, I am going to finish a couple of things and head to bed. Don't forget to turn those clocks back!! UGH!! I hate "springing forward"!
