PLEASE Pray!!!

I received the following Facebook message from our associate pastor this morning. This little boy is 5 (might be 6 by now...he is in Kindergarten) and one of Drew's friends from our church. Since this message was sent to me, Christian has made it to Children's Hospital in St. Louis, but there has been no change in his situation. His parents are enroute still. It was too difficult for his body to breathe naturally so they sedated him and are using a tube to help him breathe. PLEASE pray for this little guy as well as his parents!!!!

Please PRAY for Christian V. He is being life flighted to Children's Hospital in St. Louis. He has a team of doctors working with him. Test results have been inclusive at this time and the doctors agreed it was best to send him to St. Louis. He will be leaving for St. Louis at approximately 2:30AM. It is 1:45AM now.

He has either a condition with his heart or an infection in his body that is affecting his heart. This all started with a case of strep. He had an allergic reaction to the medication and had a hard time breathing last night. Around 4AM Sunday morning, it got worse and they took him into the ER. They treated him all day with 5 different antibiotics and none of them had an affect on the infection. Around 7PM his body began to struggle more while breathing and he was put into PICU. The doctors have administered several test that have come back conflicting and feel it best to send him to Children's Hospital in St. Louis. He is in Critical Condition at this time. The doctors have said this is dangerously critical.

PLEASE PRAY for Christian and the family. Pray for God to help the doctors to know what to do and for John and Janet for strength and faith.
