So we got up and headed out with our pieces of bread a crispy fall morning. Even though we arrived about the same time as the previous week, the park seemed a little busier to me. We still had fun though. Zach had loads of fun trying to catch the ducks. He would toss a little piece of bread out and then when they came over to get the bread he would lunge toward them. It was so funny! (He never did catch one...which is probably a good thing since he probably would have gotten nipped at.)

After the ducks ate all the bread we had brought, we headed over to check out some of the flowerbeds. The boys had fun running around the trails and we even visited the tree where we had some pictures taken the previous week (it wasn't nearly as bright orange this time though).

After the park, we drove around looking for land to purchase and build on. We have found some spots that aren't listed for sale, but we are thinking we might try and contact the owner since they seem to be just open fields that they are using for hay. Poor Zach was so excited when we started the morning off and he got to ride in Daddy's car, but after about an hour in the car he was NOT as enthused about it all.

I also had to share one other little thing. Last Friday Drew came in the kitchen all excited saying he had something to show me...
He was so proud of himself for "making" his bed. :) Not too bad for only about the second or third time of doing it! Now....maybe I can get him to give his Daddy some lessons.... ;)
