First - no new news on Christian today. I know 3 men from our church drove up to St. Louis to visit them and take some things people from the church had brought in for them.
Since this even happened OVER a week ago...actually almost 2 weeks ago, I thought I would start with our family pictures.
On Saturday, October 11th, Karen Rohlman took our family pictures out at Nathanael Greene Park here in Springfield. We had never been to that park and were amazed with all it has to offer. We have already gone back once since the picture taking day...but that is another entry ;) Anyway, she took the pictures Saturday morning and we had them back by Wednesday! That is FAST!
Karen once again did a WONDERFUL job with our pictures. Zach was NOT in a happy mood so she spent a good amount of the time trying to get a picture where he wasn't screaming. *cringe* Again, if you are looking for a great photographer in the Springfield, MO area, look up Karen at Lasting Memories Photography! Isn't that tree unbelievable! My FAVORITE color of a tree in fall (followed closely by red) and it was pretty much the only tree that had turned that weekend. When we went back the next weekend, this little tree had lost a good amount of its leaves and those still on, where not nearly as brilliant.
