Would you guys please remember Drew in your prayers and thoughts tomorrow! He starts preschool tomorrow afternoon, and I'm not too sure how it will go. He has had a pretty rough last couple of weeks, so I'm really concerned on how his school year is going to go. He really wants to be able to stay at this school all year, so hopefully that will help to motivate him.

Speaking of Drew, the kid completely cracks me up sometimes. He came in the night before last after being put to bed....and in a very serious voice, says "Mommy, I need some medicine for my throat. This is the LAST time and I am done with it. I won't EVER take it again." Ok, not as funny when I repeat it...you had to be there to see his expression and the tone he used. What a proud momma I am, my boy is kicking the Motrin habit :)

Other than just trying to get the boys back into some sort of routine, we haven't been up to too much this past week. We did have the boys' birthday party with family this past Saturday. It was really nice to spend some time with everyone. The boys have been having a lot of fun playing with all their new toys. And they have taken over even MORE of our house! Our living room has been turned into GeoTrax central...and Doug, we did return the duplicate toy and got Zach the airport like instructed (they LOVE it). And yes, the set is about as big as our rug which is 5 foot x 7 foot!
And the cousins enjoyed playing with the set on Saturday...well between some fights over some of the pieces they had fun :)

Oh, we do have another new toy in the house.....
Yep, a new desktop computer. And one that glows at that :) John worked last week on ordering and then putting it all together....with some "help" from the boys of course ;)
This little baby is FAST too! I can't wait for the 30" monitor (to go with our 20" monitors) to come in so we can get it all hooked up and I can start using it to edit photos and videos!! WOOOHOOO!!! Now to convince John that we need Adobe Lightroom 2 *laugh* ;)Ok, I am going to go throw in a last load of laundry for the night and maybe watch something from the DVR before heading to bed. I will try to jump on tomorrow evening to let you know how Drew's 1st day goes and I just realized I haven't shared any of the boys' birthday photos with you guys. Drew's turned out GREAT and Zach's are pretty good as well. If you are in the Springfield, MO area I have a WONDERFUL photographer to suggest to you!!! Night for now though.

Good luck to Drew! My youngest just started kindergarten a few days ago, and fortuately he likes it! It helps that he has an older brother in the same school.
wow, we have geotrax, but not nearly the setup you guys have! woohoo!
Lightroom 2.. sigh... CS3 or 4.. sigh... so much software, so much money... I'm using the trial versions of those and wishing wishing I could buy them...
