A New Header

Wooohooo!! I figured out how to personalize my header on here. lol It really wasn't hard, just had never taken the time to figure it out. Some day I hope to take the time to figure out how to completely customize this page. Not exactly at the top of my priority list right now. So this will have to do for awhile.

Well, the flooring installation is STILL a go! The installer called John to verify it was ok for him to come by tonight to look over everything again and drop of some of his tools. He said he will go tomorrow morning to pick up backer board (for under the tile)& mortar and then he was thinking he might install the backer board but then move to do the wood installation before doing the tile. This would be nice since a good amount of the area (living room and hallway) will be done with the wood so it will be nice to have that done. Evidently he thinks he might be able to get all the that done Friday and then work on the tile areas the rest of the weekend.

Zach took his first tenative "cruising" steps around the sofa and his excersaucer today. They were kind of shakey, but he did it. He might not be walking too much later than Drew after all. It seems like all of a sudden it has become of great interest to him. Maybe seeing little Addison speeding around the room last Sunday in the nursery did it. lol

Nothing else new here. Still no new camera :) Steps in the right direction - John has converted some of his winnings over to gift certifcates to purchase one. Only thing is you have to call a special number at certain limited times to use them. *sigh* And here I thought when we talked Monday night about what bag I would like, etc that it was being ordered then and I might actually be getting it tomorrow. lol No such luck. I am such an impatient person :) I am a little sad that this place is currently out of stock on the 50mm f1.8 lens as well as the SB600 flash and they don't know when either will be back in stock :( Just have to order them and be put on their waiting list. Hope they aren't like some other on-line stores where people have been waiting close to 2 months for the lens and they still aren't in!

Ok, looks like both the boys are up from their naps. Time for me to get back to cleaning. So far I have gotten both the bathroom sinks & toilets cleaned as well as the laundry done and folded. So that leaves scrubbing the bathroom and kitchen floors, vacuuming, dusting, moving the toys downstairs, straightening the kitchen & master bedroom...wow lots to still do before tomorrow morning!
