Anyway, this morning has been a slightly busy one for me. I told John last night I was going to sleep in until noon. lol YEAH RIGHT! I know THAT wasn't going to happen when he didn't even get to bed until 4:30 am this morning! Drew decided at 7am he wanted breakfast and I knew if I didn't get up and do it, he would proceed to rant and rave and wake up his little brother. So deciding that letting Zach sleep a little longer was more important than getting more sleep myself, I got up and took care of Drew. Well, after I am up...I am up. So I thought I would put to use the extra hours with starting on some cleaning. Since John's mom is spending Sunday and Tuesday with us (she will be visiting the older of John's 2 sisters, Rebecca, and her husband, Evan, on Monday out in Oklahoma City) I thought I better try and straighten up a bit. (I know, you told me to not worry about it, Mom Mindy. But you have NO idea HOW bad it is :)) So before Zach woke up, I get the sheets in the washer, the bathroom downstairs and the one upstairs semi-cleaned and the toys picked up. Then it was time to run a few errands, so off to Target for some cleaning supplies and a few other items and then to the grocery store to pick up my anitbiotic the doctor had sent out for me yesterday. (John tried to pick it up last night, but they have recently started closing at 6pm instead of 7pm and he didn't get there until about 6:30.) A chat with my mom, and before I know it, it is already 11am and I never had breakfast :) Time to put some more laundry in, get the dishes done and put away some laundry that never made it there from last week (told you I am a BAD housekeeper). During this time John got Drew & Zach lunch. More laundry while John goes downstairs with Drew and while Drew is napping, John is playing with his new toy. Oh yeah, I don't think I mentioned what he bought

Yep, another Playstation3...this one to keep. He ended up selling the 1st one he got to a friend online and made $50 off the deal. This one he bought for around $100 less than retail on Ebay last week. Of course, now he is upset that the high def doesn't work with our HD big screen since our big screen is "so old" lol (what about 5 yrs old). Next thing I know, we will be getting a new TV. lol
We did get the oven cleaned out on Monday. Before I thought about it, we had started the self cleaning cycle before I could get a before picture. So all I have is the picture right after the cycle (with all the ashes form the gunk that was in the oven) and then a picture with it all cleaned (although it is a bit blurred because my good camera seems to be having problems again *sigh*)

Guess I need to work on John about getting a new good camera ;) since mine seems to be pretty shot *sob* I think I might soon be telling my good ol' Minolta A2 goodbye :( It just refuses to focus properly anymore as well as various other things that are flacky. At least I have my little Sony Cybershot that is still working. I would go nuts without a camera!
Well, sounds like my laundry is calling me! Hope I don't bore you too much over the next year :)

Men and their toys! We have way too many video games around our house. Love your before and after of the stove! I should probably clean mine sometime in the next 2 years....
