Update on other things first...
Zach continues to work on his cruising around. He has gotten really good at the pulling up. He can it starting to use the objects he leans on a little less...more for just balancing himself. He has also gotten the idea about how to get back down to the floor (spent a day practicing going up and down). He is a little jabber box once he gets comfortable around you...but anytime there is a large group, he seems to just take it all in and it pretty quiet. He doesn't seem to be afraid of strangers (he still lets pretty much anyone hold him), just a little more cautious about them than Drew.
Drew...ah Drew! :) What a kid! Seems like I always start off that way. He is sure giving me more gray hairs. :) We are still REALLY struggling with his disobeying and backtalking. Need to force myself to sit and read the books others have suggested for discipline and see if I can get any new ideas from them. He did have a good day at church yesterday...or at least ok for him. So that was nice. He is getting excited about getting to see Grandpa & Grandma this weekend and going to the Zoo (if it doesn't rain on Friday) and Butterfly House. We should be getting his final paperwork for Preschool sometime this month...and YEAH it looks like we WILL be able to put down that his is potty trained (at least during the day)!
John is working hard to finish thing up around his office so he can be gone for his trip to Las Vegas. He is going out with a friend to play in one of the World Series of Porker events next weekend. Needless to say he is pretty excited.
Me...well besides trying to get some of our house back to normal (can't do much yet though since we still need to get the trim back down), just trying to read up on how to use my camera and read up on the Weight Watchers program since we will be trying it out after John gets back from Vegas. I am determined to loose 50 pounds before my high school reunion next year! So we ordered the WW packet last week and it came in today. I have heard quiet a few people that this program has really worked for, so I am hoping we can succeed at it too. Time to dust off the elliptical and treadmill too. I'm thinking a morning walk with the boys might be a good thing to start as well.
Ok...now for the pictures. If you don't want to be bored to death, I will just say bye for now. But for those that want to see, here ya go...
Of course the white trim is still missing in all these pictures. And we are still looking for a new couch & need to get the speakers and entertainment center set back up. Plus we will be replacing all the vent covers so they blend in a little better...And the kitchen still needs to have the backsplash installed behind the sink & stove..first we need to pick it out & buy it though!

(messy counters & all!)And we still need to install the tile above the shower in here (have to go buy it still though)
(messy counters in here too)

Looks great! I love your blue bathroom. I have a lot of friends on WW, but I haven't tried it. Paying someone to help me give up sweets is like adding insult to injury! I've been trying to exercise more, but I'm not being very consistent. Oh, well...
just checking in on you... How are things going? How's your new camera? I wish they had "Quick Comments" on Blogger. Are you thinking of going in to photography? Something I'd love to do. Or videography. Take care...
